RENTAL CONDITIONS:
Payment required in advanced.
Keep children away from signs.
Do not move or re-accommodate signs.
Mowing of lawn should be stopped.
Damage to signs because of negligence will be billed for payment.
REFUNDS:
24 hours cancellation required for full refund.
Less than 24 hours cancellation will require $30.00 dollars Fee.
If we are unable to install due to inclement weather, FULL REFUND will be provided.
We will always call you in case of gated community access problems, problems locating your address, and other problems related to installation in your property.
There is a $50.00 CHARGE if we are not able to install for any reason that has to do with your property.
There is a $30.00 Fee for re-installation or missed trip for installation.
